Processing & Dispatch

Most in-stock orders are processed and dispatched promptly. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2–3 business days.

Business days: Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays).

Out-of-Stock & Made-to-Order Items

If an item is temporarily out of stock, please allow 1–1.5 weeks for production before shipping. As our goods are handmade, this time ensures proper crafting, finishing, and quality checks.

Delivery Timelines

• In-stock items: 2–3 business days after dispatch

• Out-of-stock items: 1–1.5 weeks production time + 2–3 business days shipping
